Groovin' Hard: PJO Performs Buddy Rich

PJO opens the season with a tribute to the virtuosic drummer and bandleader Buddy Rich, notorious for his masterful technique, exhilarating performances and colorful character. Join Alan Jones and the rest of Portland Jazz Orchestra for a celebration of his legacy with this high-energy program that includes Norwegian Wood, Basically Blues, Love for Sale, Groovin' Hard, and Buddy's memorable
West Side Story Medley.
